Our Great Staff

Note: Tammy, Paige and Lindsay are absent
ALEX: With a long history at Joelle's, Alex is both the store and merchandising manager. Alex assists Joelle with all of the buying decisions and is responsible for the store merchandising and the window displays. Alex wears many hats! She is extremely talented and creative and is an integral part of Joelle's business. Alex has an Honours BA in Fine Arts from Western University.
AIMEE: A five year employee, Aimee has rejoined our team in a full time position with much added responsibility. Aimee assists Jeff with the men's store on a regular basis as well as putting her time in at Joelle's. Aimee assists Joelle with the merchandising of the kid's section as well as with store receiving. Aimee balances it all along with having a young son and a new home.
LINDA: After managing Riverside for many years, Linda joined our sales team as a full time employee and brought with her much expertise and enthusiasm. She is guaranteed to make you laugh and to make you look good, all at the same time. Linda is a wonderful mentor for all of the girls and is responsible for our co-op students. Her dedication and hard work is much appreciated.
ROBYN: With her experience as a flight attendant and Degree in Psychology from Western University, Robyn brings a lot to our sales floor! Robyn's responsibilities include special orders and special gift wrapping. She heads up the sales team on Saturdays and is available for private appointments. Her genuine love of people and clothing is an asset to our team!
VICKI: Our dedicated commuter from Brantford continues her hectic pace of working, kids and golf! Vicki is extremely reliable and has been with Joelle's for many years. As golf season comes to an end, we get her in the store more often. Vicki's past corporate retail management experience keeps us on our toes!
TAMMY: Little by little, we are seeing less of Tammy as she begins her career as a Registered Massage Therapist. Tammy, a former teacher turned RMT, brings a professional, fashion-loving attitude to Joelle's. She is currently working from the Waterdown Massage Therapy, but will hopefully stay on with us indefinitely!
PAIGE: A Joelle's veteran (she started as a co op student) , Paige works part time with us while attending George Brown College for Event Planning and Travel. Paige may be quiet, but her knowledge of our business and of fashion makes us miss her when she's gone!
CHRIS: We are very excited to welcome Chris to our team. Chris owned Athena Gallery in Mapleview Mall for eight years - she is an experienced and successful retail sales professional and entrepreneur with much experience in our industry.
LAURA: You'll see Laura on the weekends. Her skills are in graphic design and she has a good eye for fashion!
KELLY: "Little Kelly" has just completed high school and is soul searching to prepare for her post secondary education. While she is most often Lifeguarding for the City, Kelly works hard on Wednesdays and some weekends.
KATIE L: Katie L has completed her co-op placement at Joelle's and will soon be off to University. Katie has become our weekend "jean expert" - that is where you will find her if you need jeans!
KATIE P: Katie P has also completed her co- op placement and works evenings and weekends at Joelle's. You may recognize her, as she used to work at Marilou's Market!
AMY: An English teacher at Waterdown High School, Amy will be working evenings and weekends at Joelle's. Amy brings with her much experience from many aspects of retail and service. You may remember her from Emma's Backporch!
LINDSAY: Last, but definitely not least, Lindsay has worked all summer with Jeff and will be working part time as she works through University. She started as a co-op student several years ago and has the best spirit and enthusiasm we've ever seen!
JANET (our bookkeeper), DAVE (of Whalesongs Communications) and JOAN (Joelle's mom, who continues to make the awesome gift bags), all work behind the scene to complete the great mix!
