Shipping and Returns

During the COVID-19 crisis we have adjusted our policies and will be changing them as permitted by local governance.

We are discouraging returns on all online purchases at this time.
Please contact us with any questions you might have before ordering.

Shipping is free for orders of $200 and over.
For orders under $200, shipping is as follows: $12 within Ontario, $20 to other provinces. We are currently not shipping outside of Canada.
Orders will be shipped by Canada Post standard shipping.
Delivery will take between 7-14 days.
NOTE: Due to COVID-19, deliveries may take longer.
Please be sure to include a correct mailing address. Any return to sender items cannot be re-shipped and will be held at the store. You will be able to pick up your order once our store re-opens.

Contactless Pickup:
Contactless pickup is available for your purchase.
We will contact you within 24-36 hours to arrange a pickup date and time.
We have a limited number of staff available to prepare your order and appreciate your patience. Please contact us if you have any questions.

You can cancel your order by contacting us within 12 hours. Once the shipping process has started we are unable to cancel your order.

We have changed from our traditional hand-written Gift Certificates to new Gift Cards. Traditional gift certificates that were purchased at the store prior to our new system will only be redeemable when shopping in person. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

If you have Spring 2020 Customer Dollars, they will be extended with no expiration date and can only be used for in-store purchases. If you have a credit with us, it can only be used toward in-store purchases.
