    SHIPPING
    Shipping is free for orders of $200 and over.
    For orders under $200, shipping is as follows: $12 within Ontario, $20 to other provinces. We are currently not shipping outside of Canada.
    Orders will be shipped by Canada Post standard shipping.
    Delivery will take between 7-14 days.

    Please be sure to include a correct mailing address. Any return to sender items cannot be re-shipped and will be held at the store.

    HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER
    You can cancel your order by contacting us within 12 hours. Once the shipping process has started we are unable to cancel your order.

    GIFT CARDS
    Joelle's is now operating independently from Jeff's Guyshop.
    If you have a Joelle's/Jeff's Guyshop Gift Card (purchased after March, 2020), you can still redeem it at Joelle's, in person or online.  However, these gift cards will only be redeemable when shopping in person at Jeff's Guyshop.
