SHIPPING
Shipping is free for orders of $250 and over. 
For orders under $250, shipping is as follows: $12 within Ontario, $20 to other provinces. We are currently not shipping outside of Canada.
Orders will be shipped by Canada Post standard shipping.
Delivery will take between 7-14 days.

Please be sure to include a correct mailing address. Any return to sender items cannot be re-shipped and will be held at the store.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER
You can cancel your order by contacting us within 12 hours. Once the shipping process has started we are unable to cancel your order.


GIFT CARDS
Joelle's is now operating as Joelle's By Ally.

If you have a Joelle's/Jeff's Guyshop Gift Card (purchased after March, 2020), you can still redeem it at Joelle's By Ally, in person or online.  However, if you would like to use your gift card at Jeff's Guyshop, these gift cards will only be redeemable when shopping in person.

These gift cards will continue to be valid at Joelle’s By Ally until February 2026.
They will be valid indefinitely at Jeff’s Guyshop.

RETURN POLICIES:

NOTE:  Items MUST include the original receipt or gift receipt and tags must be attached.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Returns 

  • Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order if you know that you will be returning or exchanging the item(s) (Contact us to arrange your return). You will have seven (7) days from the time you receive your package to return it to the store either in person or via mail.  You will be responsible for shipping your return back to: 481 John Street, Burlington ON L7R 2K8. Unfortunately, following the 7 days upon receipt of item(s) we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, must not be washed or worn and be in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached.  We will process your refund upon receiving the returned item and making sure everything is in good condition.

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as
    - Swimwear
    - Underwear and hosiery
    - Lip gloss, lotions and cosmetics
    - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

To complete your return, we require your order number and contact details. 


Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to 14 days, due to bank processing times.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds can take between 5-10 Business Days for your bank to process and have it show up on your credit card account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded.  SALE items are final sale and cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item to: Joelle's By Ally, 481 John Street, Burlington ON L7R 2K8, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

You are responsible for returning the product to us in a timely manner.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
